These terms govern your use of beanshoot.ai. They do not govern a Beanshoot service engagement — those are covered by a separate signed agreement.

This document describes Beanshoot’s current practice and is intended to be accurate. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel under GDPR (EU), the UK GDPR, or India’s DPDP Act, 2023. If you are relying on it for a procurement decision, please email hello@beanshoot.ai and we will share the reviewed version before contract.
Who runs this site
This site is published by Beanshoot AI Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Chennai, India. References to “Beanshoot”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean that firm.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to, and share any page on this site. By using it, you agree not to:
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload our infrastructure, or to circumvent any security measure.
- Scrape the site at volumes that a reasonable person would consider abusive. Our rate limits exist for this reason.
- Submit the contact form with misleading information, or use it to advertise goods and services back to us.
- Use any content you find here to train a machine-learning model without asking us first. We are builders; we understand the request, and we are generally happy to discuss it.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — copy, design, typography, photography, code — is owned by Beanshoot or used with the owner’s permission, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution (“Beanshoot, beanshoot.ai”) for editorial, analytical, or academic purposes. Any other reproduction or republication requires our written consent.
The Beanshoot name, logotype, and the “Strategic AI, engineered” marks are trademarks of Beanshoot AI Technologies LLP. The five-keyhole glyph in our identity is a proprietary design and may not be reproduced.
No advice, no offer, no warranty
The writing on this site — including the Insights section — describes how we think about technical and business problems. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. If you need a recommendation for your problem, the place to get one is an engagement, a signed NDA, and a written opportunity map.
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with your use of this site is capped at INR 10,000 or the equivalent amount in your local currency.
Third-party links
Where we link to third-party sites we are pointing at useful reading; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or the practices of their operators. Follow links at your own discretion.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you engage us for a service, the dispute-resolution clause in the master agreement takes precedence for engagement-related matters.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site or to the law. Updates take effect when posted. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
